The specialty of family practice combines the latest in medical technologies with a long tradition of caring and service. Family physicians evaluate and treat an individual as a whole person, taking into account all the factors that can affect health and well-being - genetics, family history, diet, prevention, mental health and chronic disease management.
Riverside Family Health is a true medical home. We are a patient-centered practice that cares for all of our patients' physical and mental health needs, including preventive and wellness, chronic care, and acute care.
Meet the Doctor & Staff
Stephane Naoumoff, MD
Dr. Naoumoff graduated medical school from Universite Francois Rabelais-Faculte de Medecine in Tours, France. He then moved to the French Territory Island of New Caledonia in the South Pacific where he served as a Medical Doctor for the local population for 2 years. He came to Florida in 1996 and met his wife in Gainesville, where he later completed his US Medical Residency in Family Practice at the University of Florida. They came to the Space Coast (where his wife was raised) in 2001 and opened Riverside Family Health.
Eighteen years and three kids later, Dr. Naoumoff doesn't regret his decision to go solo in Merritt Island. He loves the water and outdoor activities available to him here, and he stays fit by swimming - A LOT. 2021 will be his 10th year swimming in the 12.5 Mile Annual Swim Around Key West!
Alyssa was adopted at 1 year old, and has lived in Brevard County her whole life. She graduated from Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. high school, and received her AA degree from Eastern Florida State College. She is a family girl, and has always looked up to her aunt who is an RN. This is what inspired her to become a Medical Assistant and joined us in 2015. Eventually she would like to work up the ladder to become an RN, but she truly loves her job at Riverside Family Health and the patients and fellow staff she works with.

Marze soon returned to Gainesville to Graduate Cum Laude with Masters in Physician Assistant studies and spent the next 5 years of her career in Fort Lauderdale working in Internal Medicine. In 2011, she returned to Brevard County to start her own family and joined Riverside Family Health. Even after 14 years of experience Marze loves what she does. "Becoming a PA-C was the best thing I ever did for my future."
Office Manager & Billing
Jennifer considers herself a Brevard County native; she moved here at age 6 and attended Rockledge High School. After a short career in retail display and merchandising, she decided to return to her first love: healthcare. She attended the University of Central Florida, studying Biomedical Sciences, and joined the Riverside team in January of 2016. Jennifer likes to take on new challenges, and is always learning. She enjoys meeting people, interacting with local members of our community, and sharing health and wellness knowledge with a wide range of people, including patients, other healthcare professionals, and beyond!

Latest Clinic News:
Most of us are aware that there has been a recent increase in positive Covid-19 cases in Brevard County and throughout the state. We would like to encourage everyone to continue following CDC guidelines, including wearing a face covering while out in public, washing and sanitizing your hands, and practicing social distancing. We remain open for in-office and telehealth appointments, with safety measures in place. Please keep your scheduled appointments, and call us with any questions or concerns.
As Florida begins to take the initial steps toward re-opening, we want to remind our patients to continue practicing social distancing and diligent hand washing protocols, as well as wearing a mask when out in public if possible. The risk for those in our community that are most vulnerable is still high. We continue to remain open to provide patient care through telehealth platforms as well as in the office. Please keep your appointments, and contact the office with any questions or concerns.
